We'll see how it goes.
Anyways, seeings as it's almost 11 PM, I'm going to list it up for you all with some random occurances in the past week since I've last blogged.
- Thanksgiving went rather well. No one fought! That's a massive accomplishment at my house. I just gave my mom a hard time about not cooking us any real vegetables with dinner (just potatoes) and suggested that maybe next year we skip the cliches of turkey and cranberry sauce and just eat pie. Thats all anyone cares about anyways, really. I don't think she'll actually go for it.
- Black Friday shopped for the first time ever. What a waste when you're in a small town. We went to WalMart at effing midnight, and while we did come out with a couple of carts, we honestly didnt get much. (The stuff we did get was big though.. vacuum cleaner, foot soak thinger, etc)
- When I got to my parents house, the first thing my dad did was usher me into the "muse" (aka bird house) so that I could see his hawk. Yes, hawk. My dad is a falconer now. New crazy hobby. While incredibly beautiful and majestic, his little pet, "Isabeau" scares the crap out of me. Holy TALONS.
- I'm finally finished with my stupid antibiotics, so now my appetite is coming back and my stomach isnt queasy 24/7. Also, I am feeling better.
- I have just one more week of classes left! And then "finals week", where I don't actually have any finals at all.
- I am definitely going to Massachusetts in 3 weeks with my family for my great-grandmother's 100th birthday. Very excited about this.
- I am also definitely getting my Christmas tree on December 12th. Also very excited about this.
- I bought some awesome new Christmas decorations at Target today. All colorful and sparkly! Whhheeeee!
- I am basically done Christmas shopping. I am very happy about this.
Okay, so I could have written that very easily without the bullets and list-y format, but... I like lists! And bullets! So, deal.
